SMALLEST DIAPHRAGM PUMP

In response to the imperative need for downsized medical equipment, the demand for a compact membrane pump became apparent. Despite the necessity for the pump to be smaller, lighter, and seamlessly integrated into various applications, the stringent prerequisites pertaining to pressure, flow, and durability remained unaltered.

Cutting-Edge Elastomer Technology

To address these challenges, we embarked on an intricate journey of membrane and valve design. The membrane design necessitated an unparalleled level of production precision to maintain the delicate balance between rigidity for high-pressure generation and flexibility for operation within confined spaces. The integration of valves into the sealing not only brought about cost efficiencies but also introduced a highly pressure-sensitive responsiveness, setting a new standard for flow reliability that leads the market. We can consistently deliver flows as low as 0.05 liters per minute, ensuring dependable performance.

Motor Technology and System Integration

The quest for optimal motor solutions led us to explore innovative avenues, culminating in the development of our proprietary BLDC motor and motor driver. Overcoming the challenges posed by high temperatures, we identified reliable lubrication and bearing suppliers for the motors and crankshafts.

Furthermore, leveraging cutting-edge injection molding technologies, we achieved an increased eccentric offset, enhancing the pump's overall performance. Throughout this project, we harnessed the power of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) calculations for elastomers, plastic part design, injection molding simulations, durability testing in controlled climate chambers, production optimization, cost reduction, and thermodynamic analysis.

“Our unwavering commitment to innovation and precision has enabled us to conquer the intricate challenges posed by miniaturization while maintaining our position at the forefront of technology in the medical equipment industry.”
